On Thursday, December 4th, we'll gather in a beautiful home directly on the ocean on Plum Island, watching the light of the Gemini full moon shine across the water.

This full moon in Gemini brings clarity, intuition, and a deeper connection between what you think and what you feel.

It's the final full moon of 2025 and a natural time to release and soften into what comes next.

The softening happens through movement, intention, and shared circle. The experience is felt in your body, not just your head. It allows your energy to flow more freely.

For over 20 years in holistic psychiatry, I saw the same truth. You can't think your way into feeling better. We're so stuck in our heads, disconnected from our bodies and energy. 

When I first experienced silent, eyes-closed movement, something cracked open in me. No talking, no analyzing, just music and the invitation to let my body lead. It felt like freedom I didn’t know I was missing. It connected me to a much deeper wisdom again. It woke up my energy which could move again, and I could feel the difference.  

When women reconnect with their bodies, their energy begins to flow again. You feel more grounded, more intuitive, more yourself, with far more joy and ease than talking alone ever brings.

This ritual invites this shift. Into a quiet mind. It brings a release of what your body has been holding, and is a powerful space to be held in community.

  • A two hour sacred gathering in a beautiful home directly on the ocean with a view of the full moon shining over the ocean

  • Opening circle with warm tea, light snacks, and introductions so you can land, exhale, and feel yourself arrive.

  • A 15–20 minute grounding and intention-setting ritual to shift you out of your day and into your body.

  • A 30-minute eyes-closed somatic movement journey using silent-disco headphones, guided by music and my voice so you can drop out of your head and into what your body has been holding. 

  • A closing ritual that includes a shared reflection and a short walk onto the beach to ground your energy into the earth.

  • Intimate group of 15 women so you feel deeply seen, held, and connected.



  • You’ll feel calmer, quieter, and more grounded than when you walked in.

  • Notice more space in your body and less pressure in your chest, shoulders, and mind.

FAQs

Do I need experience with movement or meditation?

 No. Everything is guided and designed to meet you where you are.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in. Soft, warm layers are ideal. We may step outside onto the beach for grounding, so bring a warm coat if you want to walk onto the sand or stand by the water.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself. A journal or water bottle is optional.

Is the movement like dance?

Not in the traditional sense. It is gentle, eyes closed, inward movement where no one is watching you.

Will it be loud?

 No. The silent disco headphones offer a quiet, inward focused experience. The sound is meant to draw you deeper into yourself. You have control over your own individual volume of the music and guidance. 

What if I feel self conscious?

Eyes are closed and the space is dim. Everyone is in their own inner world. The space is intentionally held so each person has their own space. 

Is this one indoors or outdoors?

Great question! We will be gathering indoors at on oceanfront property on Plum Island. We will spend a majority of our time inside in the warmth, right next to the ocean via wall to wall windows. We may step outside for pieces of the evening, so bring layers.
